Delivery One trip to your location within 50 miles of the nearest sales center. Included at no cost with every purchase.
Leveling and Setup Your building is set at grade and leveled using 4″ flat solid concrete blocks. One full row of blocks is provided by the driver for free.
Professional Crew Our delivery team has been hauling and setting up buildings since day one. Your structure is in experienced hands.

COMMON DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Q: How do I prepare my site?
Clear the access path for a truck and trailer that may exceed 75′ in length and 15.6′ in height. Ensure overhead clearance for power lines, four feet of space from any structure or property line, and remove any fences, gates, or brush along the route.
Q: What if my building needs re-leveling later?
Settling over time is not a warranty issue. If the driver is needed to return, the cost will be agreed upon between the driver and customer.
Q: What if a second delivery trip is needed?
Additional trips are billed at $3.00 per mile, one way.
Q: Do you anchor the building?
Anchoring is up to the homeowner and should be completed according to local code.
Q: Do I need extra blocks?
One full row of 4″ solid blocks is included. Additional blocks are $3 each.
Q: How far do you deliver?
Free within 50 miles. Contact us for pricing beyond that range.
